2. Purpose of the website
The purpose of the website everytrophy.com is to publish free trophy and achievement guides for video games: the method for unlocking every trophy, the recommended roadmap for each game, warnings about the trophies that can be missed irreversibly and the real percentage of players who have unlocked each one.
Access to the site is free and open, and requires neither registration nor the creation of any user account.
3. Terms of use
Accessing and using the website gives the visitor the status of user and implies full and unreserved acceptance of every provision set out in this Legal Notice, as well as in the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.
The user undertakes to make proper use of the website, in accordance with the law in force, with this Legal Notice and with generally accepted standards of conduct. In particular, the user shall refrain from using the website for unlawful purposes, for purposes harmful to the rights and interests of third parties, or in any way that may damage, disable or overload the website or prevent its normal use.
4. Intellectual and industrial property
The guide texts, the written method for each trophy, the data analyses, the graphic design, the source code and the logos of the site are the property of Lluis Enric Mayans or are used with due authorisation, and are protected by the intellectual and industrial property legislation in force. Their unauthorised reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation is prohibited.
The names of the video games, the official names and descriptions of their trophies and achievements, their trademarks, their logos and their artwork are the property of their respective owners and are used on this site for purely identifying and informational purposes, under the right of quotation.
EveryTrophy is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Sony Interactive Entertainment, Microsoft, Valve Corporation or any video game developer or publisher. «PlayStation», «Xbox» and «Steam» are registered trademarks of their respective owners.
Exception: the study figures. The measured data we publish in the data section — completion percentages, sample sizes and drop-off curves — is released under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 licence. You may reuse, cite and republish it, including commercially, provided you credit EveryTrophy and include a link to the page it came from. This exception covers the figures, not the prose: the wording of the studies, the analysis and the conclusions remain subject to the preceding paragraph.

5. Limitation of liability
The contents of EveryTrophy are purely informational. Although the guides are written by playing the games and cross-checking the official sources available, the owner does not guarantee that they are free of errors or that they will remain accurate indefinitely.
In particular, the user should bear in mind that:
- Video games are updated and patched, and the conditions for unlocking a trophy may change or disappear after a guide has been published.
- The unlock rates come from third-party player samples, vary over time and are not directly comparable across platforms. Each page states the source and the size of the sample used.
- The time and difficulty estimates are indicative and depend on each player’s skill and playstyle.
The owner accepts no liability for time invested, for lost save progress or for any other harm arising from decisions the user makes on the basis of the information on this website, nor for interruptions, faults or errors in accessing it.
6. Links to third-party sites
The site may include links to third-party web pages (data sources, official stores or reference material). The owner neither controls nor accepts responsibility for the contents, privacy policies or practices of those sites. They are accessed under the user’s sole responsibility.
As of the last update of this notice, EveryTrophy shows no advertising and uses no affiliate links. Should this change in the future, it will be identified clearly and transparently in accordance with the applicable rules and this page will be updated.
7. Availability and changes
The owner reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue, at any time and without prior notice, the presentation, configuration and contents of the website, as well as the terms set out in this Legal Notice. Users are advised to check this page periodically.
8. Applicable law and jurisdiction
This Legal Notice is governed in each and every respect by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute that may arise from access to or use of the website, the owner and the user expressly submit to the Juzgados y Tribunales de las Islas Baleares, España, unless the applicable rules mandatorily provide for a different venue.
On data protection matters, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and the guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD) shall apply.
