Privacy policy
This policy applies to the domain everytrophy.com and all its subdomains. It complies with Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and with Spanish Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and the guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD).
In short: browsing EveryTrophy requires no registration. The only possible cookie is the Google Analytics one, and it is not installed unless you accept it in the notice shown on your first visit. Beyond that, we only process personal data if you write to us, and only in order to reply.

Appointing a Data Protection Officer is not mandatory under article 37 of the GDPR, so none has been appointed. Any query may be sent to the email address given above.
2. What data we process
2.1. If you write to us by email
We process your email address and the content of your message (including any data you choose to put in it). You provide them voluntarily when you write to us, and they are the only personal data we actively collect.
2.2. When you browse the site
EveryTrophy is a static site: it requires no registration, has no user accounts and uses no advertising. Fonts and images are served from our own domain. The only request to a third-party server is Google Analytics, which measures which guides get read and stays blocked until you accept it: decline the notice and your browser sends nothing to Google. The details of those cookies are in the cookie policy.
That said, as on any website, the hosting provider records technical access logs (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type) for security and service operation reasons. Those logs are managed by the provider listed in section 6 and are not used to build profiles or cross-referenced with any other data.
No automated decision-making or individual profiling is carried out with any of the above data.
3. For what purpose
- To answer your query. To deal with the request, correction or suggestion you send us, and to keep the conversation going as far as is needed to resolve it.
- To handle the exercise of your rights in data protection matters.
- To ensure the security and operation of the site, by way of the hosting provider’s technical logs.
We send no newsletters or marketing communications, and your address is not added to any mailing list.
4. Legal basis
- Consent of the data subject (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) for the processing of the data you provide voluntarily when writing to us. You may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.
- Legitimate interest of the controller (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in ensuring the security, availability and correct operation of the website, as regards the technical access logs.
- Compliance with legal obligations (art. 6(1)(c) GDPR) where applicable.
5. How long we keep them
- Email messages: a maximum of 12 months from the reply, after which they are securely deleted.
- Server technical logs: the period set by the hosting provider, limited to what is necessary for security and diagnostic purposes.
- Requests to exercise rights: kept for the legally applicable limitation periods, as evidence that the request was dealt with.
6. Recipients and data processors
We neither transfer nor sell your data to third parties, except where legally required. The following providers are involved in running the service; they act as processors and are bound by the corresponding contract under Article 28 GDPR. The measurement one only comes into play if you accepted the cookie notice:

7. International transfers
Both the hosting provider (Vercel Inc.) and Google may process data on servers located in the United States. Such transfers rely on appropriate safeguards, including standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission and, where applicable, adequacy decisions. Every international transfer is checked against the requirements of Chapter V GDPR. If you decline the cookie notice, no transfer to Google takes place.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR and the LOPDGDD, you have the right to:
- Access: to know what data of yours we process.
- Rectification: to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure: to ask us to delete your data.
- Restriction: to ask us to suspend processing in the cases provided for.
- Objection: to object to the processing of your data.
- Portability: to receive your data in a structured, commonly used format.
- To withdraw consent at any time, without retroactive effect.
To exercise any of them, write to lluismayans83@gmail.com stating which right you wish to exercise and enclosing, where applicable, a copy of a document proving your identity. The request is dealt with within a maximum of one month, extendable to two if its complexity requires it. It is free of charge.
9. Complaint to the supervisory authority
If you believe that the processing of your data infringes the applicable rules, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD), based at C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid, website www.aepd.es.
That said, we would appreciate it if, before going to the supervisory authority, you got in touch with us at lluismayans83@gmail.com so we can try to settle the matter amicably.
10. Minors
EveryTrophy is not aimed at children under 14 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children of that age. If we become aware of having received data from a child under 14 without the consent of their parents or legal guardians, it will be deleted immediately. 11. Security
Appropriate technical and organisational measures are in place to ensure a level of security suited to the risk, including encrypted transmission over HTTPS across the whole site and restricted access to the mailbox.
12. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated to reflect changes in the law or new features on the site — for instance, if some analytics tool were added in the future. In that case the last updated date will be changed and, where the change is substantial, it will be announced visibly on the site.
