Where Players Quit Kingdom Come: Deliverance II

The most common trophy is held by 91.22% and the next one already by only 68.28%: 22.94 points lost at once, the biggest collapse in the game. We analysed all 84 trophies across 18,197 players to see why the longest trophy list on the site does not have the rarest platinum.

The wall is in the first few hours, not the last

Kingdom Come: Deliverance II has 84 trophies, the longest list on the whole site, and even so everything that matters happens at the start.

The most common trophy is "This Won't End Well", reaching the Trosky region, held by 91.22%. The next one by rarity among those that count towards the platinum is "An Old Friend", finding Pebbles, and that one is already down to 68.28%. Between the two there is nothing: 22.94 points that vanish in a single step.

It is the second biggest wall of every game we have measured, and the curious part is where it falls: not on a boss or a skill challenge, but on a quest. Practically one in four players who set foot in Trosky never gets back to the horse. These are people who switch the game off during the opening, which in this RPG is slow, dense and fairly unwelcoming.

Fact

That 91.22% for the most common trophy is the second lowest on the site, behind only the 65.96% of Battlefield 6. And the Battlefield 6 case is explained by multiplayer; the Kingdom Come: Deliverance II one is not.

Past the first cut, the curve barely moves

What comes after the wall is the other half of the story. The second biggest drop in the game is 6.64 points, from the 50.06% of "Rock and Stone!" to the 43.42% of "Lights Out". The third is 4.86 points, from 58.92% to 54.06%. And the fourth, 4.19 points, from 21.32% to 17.13%.

In other words: the collapse at the entrance is more than triple any other step in the playthrough. Kingdom Come: Deliverance II is not a game that sheds players gradually; it runs a brutal cull at the beginning and then keeps the ones it has won over.

The group averages draw the same picture. Story sits at 51.58%, quests at 31.26%, combat at 30.00% and feats at 28.61%. Three whole blocks packed between 28% and 31%, with no clear step separating them: whoever stays does a bit of everything, and does it at a similar pace.

The longest list does not make the rarest platinum

Here is the number that dismantles the most repeated assumption people make when they open a trophy list. Kingdom Come: Deliverance II has 84 trophies and 7.88% get its platinum. Crimson Desert has 35, less than half as many, and 4.49% get its platinum: it is rarer with half the trophies.

The length of the list explains nothing. What decides a platinum is what its most demanding trophy asks for, and here the demanding part is not the count: it is that 45 of the 84 are missable and 51 are hidden. Almost half the list is played blind and on decisions you only make once.

You can see it in each group's minimum. The rarest feats trophy sits at 8.23%, the rarest combat one at 10.69% and the rarest quest one at 10.77%, while the story group never drops below 23.38%. Finishing the game is not the problem; the expensive part is everything you had to do along the way and can no longer go back for.

Fact

In practice: if you are going for the platinum, the run is decided before you start, by reading the missable list. There is no final stretch you can push through to fix it.

The full table you can reproduce any calculation on this page from. The «drop» column is the difference in points against the previous trophy that counts towards the platinum: the big steps are where people stop playing. Trophies marked separate are from DLC or from side modes that are not needed for the platinum, so they do not chain a drop — mixing them in would compare steps from different playthroughs.

Where this data comes from

Unlock rate of all 84 trophies on PS5, measured across 18,197 tracked players. Snapshot source: Exophase, consulted on 24 August 2026. The jumps we call "walls" are calculated by sorting the trophies by rarity and measuring the difference between each one and the next, keeping only the ones that count towards the platinum.

A caveat about the sample: these are players who use a trophy tracker, a more motivated group than average. The real percentages across the whole PS5 player base are probably lower. The proportions between trophies, which is what we analyse here, are not affected.

What this snapshot cannot tell you

Three limits worth keeping in mind before drawing conclusions.

Sorting by rarity is not play order. Two trophies sitting next to each other in the list does not mean they are earned back to back in a playthrough. The 22.94-point jump is real, but it does not amount to "this particular quest drives out a quarter of the players": it is the accumulated gap of everything that happens between those two points.

The five DLCs distort any overall average. Their trophies are far rarer than the base game's and, on top of that, whoever has bought them is already a different profile. That is why the drops are measured only between the trophies that count towards the platinum.

It is a snapshot of a single moment, a year and a half after release. With a list of 84 trophies and a game of more than a hundred hours, the platinum figure is still climbing. From today we store a weekly snapshot, and that history cannot be recovered after the fact: if you do not start saving it, it does not exist.
