Five achievements, one list

The Battlefield 6 campaign collectibles are dog tags and there are 30 in total. There's no second type: all five collectible achievements measure the same thing, only the count changes.

The split by mission is uneven: Night Raid, Moving Mountains, Operation Ember Strike and Always Forward hold four each, while Nile Guard has only two. The first three missions add up to nine between them, so Dogs of War falls out without any detour.

And one piece of good news that removes the anxiety: none of them is missable. Missions replay through chapter select, so a forgotten tag never means starting over.

Many tags are pinned to a wall with a knife or sitting on a table in a side room. They don't glow and they make no sound: if you don't know they're there, you walk straight past.

Mission 1 · Always Faithful — 3 dog tags

The first mission also hides the dinosaur figure for End of an Era, sitting on the table behind you right after the first cutscene. If you're coming back for the tags, grab it while you're here.

No.Where it is
1After the car chase, as you walk up to meet the sniper squad: at the first row of ammo crates on the left, on a small table.
2After planting the second C4 inside the building: walk forward and turn left. It's pinned to a board with a knife, on the far side of a pillar.
3Once on the rooftop, after rappelling down to defend the evac point: head immediately south, on a concrete block.

Mission 2 · The Rock — 3 dog tags

This mission also holds the dark room with the 20 mannequins for Efficiency: shoot at least ten while you clear it, since there's not a metre of detour involved.

No.Where it is
4As soon as you land from the skydive, turn around and walk back towards the AA gun platform: on a box, before the gate.
5In the underground museum, the stretch where the game takes your weapon: on a large table to the left, the one with a flashing light.
6After destroying the first AAA gun with C4 and regrouping with your squad, in the area where a helicopter drops reinforcements: check the container on the right. It hangs from the left container door, beside an ammo crate.

Mission 3 · Operation Gladius — 3 dog tags

These nine already give you Dogs of War. And watch the mission's opening: the floating mines for Deep-Six pass by once, from the turret, with no way back without a replay.

No.Where it is
7After leaving the tank and clearing the first area: on a box to the left of the machine gun turret, on the platform, right before you push up the street.
8Pushing through a building with your squad, the moment you step back outside on the second floor: look right. On a wooden table, beside some wine bottles.
9On entering City Hall, turn immediately left before the stairs: in the small room, pinned to the wall with a knife.

Mission 4 · Night Raid — 4 dog tags

This is the Sidearm Savant mission, the rarest campaign achievement: it wants the mission finished with pistols, knife and gadgets only. If you're going for it, collect the tags on that same run and save yourself a full replay.

No.Where it is
10Inside the palace, when the area catches fire and you head upstairs: go north to the first door where your squad takes position, then into the bathroom at the back. Pinned to the wall with a knife.
11Leaving the palace towards exfil, after crouching under a shop's half-open shutter: on the way out you reach an open lot with a small football pitch. It's in the back right corner, behind the pitch, near a short flight of stairs.
12After the van is blown up, when your squad remarks that the helicopter is leaving: in the next alley on the left there's an open shop with mannequins in white shirts. It's on the table on the right-hand side.
13After Lopez is shot and you survive the enemy waves: head down to the basement room with the helicopter gear. It's stuck into a poster, on the wall to the left of the computers.

Mission 5 · No Sleep — 3 dog tags

This is also where you pick up the sledgehammer for Looks Like A Nail, which wants five kills with it. Fight in melee as you advance and it comes without any detour.

No.Where it is
14Right at the start, following Sgt. Acre into the briefing building: as you enter, on the table immediately to the left.
15After clearing enemies from the rooftop and entering another building with a cutscene: pinned to the far wall with a knife.
16As soon as you get out of the vehicle after the tunnel driving section: check the crate on the right, beside the weapons container.

Mission 6 · Moving Mountains — 4 dog tags

Number 20 gives you Wolves of War. It's also the mission for the six consecutive headshots of Bullseye Blitz: one miss or one body shot resets the streak.

No.Where it is
17In the fire station, after the cutscene with the president and before going upstairs: head right of the stairs, to the north side. On the kitchen counter.
18At the park construction site: enter the building on the left. It's on the ground, between the chairs.
19After the subway tunnel driving section, on the lit-up platform where enemies attack: in the centre, on a block beneath the map.
20Coming out of the subway, head north-west into the park. At the top of a short flight of stairs, beside a body, about 80 metres from the next objective.

Mission 7 · Nile Guard — 2 dog tags

The mission with the fewest tags. In exchange it hides the game's worst-signposted challenge: at the wheel of the Abrams, shoot the first overpass you see. It comes down in two shots and gives Roadside Assistance. Drive under it and you replay the whole mission.

No.Where it is
21After leaving the tank, cross the first building into the open yard: on the right, at the base of the tree, beside some open black cases.
22In the next area, before you reach the helicopter: enter the open building on the east side. It hangs from a knife, beneath a bunch of posters.

Mission 8 · Operation Ember Strike — 4 dog tags

The campaign's most open mission, and the drone one: spot 20 enemies with it for Being Watched. Go prone near the hypersonic missiles and fly it from there; you don't have to kill anyone.

No.Where it is
23After the drone intro, drive to the ruined buildings in the valley: in the east building, on the ground under the window.
24Around 200 metres from Datalink Bravo and Charlie, between the brown- and red-roofed houses: inside a smaller building, on a box.
25When you use the Switchblade the second time: climb the hill to the sniper perch. On a box, right at the top.
26After the dam cutscene, walk up the hill to the crate area beside the forklift and the two ATVs: behind the forklift, on a box.

Mission 9 · Always Forward — 4 dog tags

The last four. Number 30 closes out Pack Leader, which fewer than 10% of players have.

And this is where No Reinforcements lives, something the game never asks you to do: during the missile disarm, walk out of the bunker on your own initiative, get into the Abrams that pulls up and shoot down the enemy helicopter with the main gun.

No.Where it is
27At the first outpost: enter the big garage at the end of the area. On the ground, by the green trucks.
28Pushing towards objective Alpha, after the third building and the radio call for air support: look right. On a concrete block, beside some sandbags.
29In the Alpha launcher bunker: walk the rear passage, behind the missile. On a box, beside a helmet.
30Right as you enter the bunker after the missile explosion: on green crates to the left, opposite the lit-up building.
