The figure that changes how you plan this game
Forza Horizon 6 does not have a single hard achievement. None depends on the difficulty, none is missable and none demands skill behind the wheel. And even so, the rarest one is held by 2.24% of players.
The three fewest people earn are these, and all three share a cause:
Maxed Out asks for 100 Horizon Play levels and 2.24% have it. Historic Effort asks for a Series History Reward and 4.83% have it. The Boss asks for the maximum Promotion in a Job and 5.80% have it.
Not one of them is a driving test. All three are cumulative and they fill up season by season. Even if you play twelve hours a day, you cannot finish them inside a week.
If you are going for 100%, this is the first thing to get moving. Everything else can be sped up; this cannot.

What to do from day one
The EveryTrophy team's advice is simple: get into Horizon Play from your very first session and do not let a single season go by, even if you only play half an hour.
Festival Playlist points build up and expire season by season, so every week you skip is progress you never get back. Played-List (17.39%) is the sign that you are on the right track: if you have it, the rest will follow.
And watch the order: Ready to Rumble, which only asks for 10 levels, is already down to just 14.79%. A lot of people never even open Horizon Play.
