Cold Potato and You Are Not a Robot: the two trophies that are the Split Fiction platinum
The platinum is at 3.0%, Cold Potato at 3.3% and You Are Not a Robot at 4.2%. Both ask you to do everything in one go and punish mistakes by sending you back to the start. Step by step, and what not to do when things go wrong.

Why these two are the wall
The rest of the «Split Fiction» platinum is knowing where to look. Not these two: Cold Potato (3.3%) and You Are Not a Robot (4.2%) are execution tests, and one mistake means redoing them in full.
Between Cold Potato and the platinum (3.0%) there are only three tenths. Whoever gets these two, in practice, platinums. They are also the only trophies where chapter select is not a safety net: you do use it, but to restart from outside, not to retry the checkpoint.
You Are Not a Robot, step by step
Chapter 2, Neon Revenge, at the end of the Gravity Bike chase. Mio drives and Zoe has about a minute to disable the self-destruct on the phone. If Mio crashes, the bike explodes and the sequence restarts with less time.
The bike's slow-motion jumps give you a few extra seconds to work on the phone. The order of the steps is always the same:

If you fail, do not restart the checkpoint: you are put back on the bike with less time. Quit, enter the section from chapter select and skip checkpoints up to the phone.
Cold Potato: seven stages without an explosion
The Gameshow side story is in chapter 3, Hopes of Spring: after the 2D underwater stealth stretch, on the left, with a purple light. Inside, a robot host makes you pass a bomb back and forth through seven stages, about three minutes in total, with fire, electricity and vanishing platforms. The bomb explodes if nobody catches it or if whoever holds it keeps it too long.
Restarting the checkpoint does not count. If it explodes even once, the trophy will not pop on that run: quit and start the whole side story again from chapter select.
What works: only throw when your partner is standing still and facing you, because the bomb is hard to aim at a moving target; call out every pass; and do not rush, you can hold it for a few seconds before it heats up.
