There are five and not one of them is flagged: tipping Moxxi, the Dr. Patricia Tannis cutout, the Legendary Vending Machine, Oddman's final resting place and Dave the Burrito.
The rarest is Dave the Burrito, at 17.76%: you will not find it in passing, you have to go after it.
