Five sets, nine trophies, 58 pieces

Little Nightmares III has 58 collectibles across five sets, and between them they give nine trophies.

- 25 dolls → Toybox, Candy Shop, Token Gestures, Filed Away and Loose Threads. Five trophies from one set. - 11 crows → Birdbrained. - 6 nomes → Home Sweet Nome. - 10 Lady statues → Omnipresence. - 6 ghosts → Institutionalized.

The first thing to understand is the doll situation: it is a single set of twenty-five, not five separate sets. The five trophies pop as you hit certain counts along the way, one per chapter. Plenty of people go hunting for five different collectible types because the trophy names — toys, candy, tokens, files, threads — sound like different things. They are the same dolls.

Nothing is missable. You can use chapter select to replay anything, and the collectibles reappear.

Careful with the ghosts: for a while it circulated that there were five, and there are not, there are six. The sixth is in the room where a wall has to be broken from the other side, sitting on a bench on the right, just before the lift. If you followed an old guide and Institutionalized did not pop, that is the one.

The per-chapter split

Each set lives almost entirely in one chapter. That is what makes searching easy: missing a crow means chapter 1; missing a nome means chapter 3.

The ghosts are the hardest of the five sets to spot. Several sit on benches or hug a wall, in dark corners with no glow to give them away. If you replay chapter 4, check the corners.
