Low and Alone: the game asks for two runs and each has its own gear
On Target only counts in Low's run and Wrench in Hand only in Alone's: they are 50 uses of gear the other character does not have. Seven story and character trophies.

Two laps, each with its own gear trophy
The game is designed to be played twice, once with each protagonist, and that is the only way to unlock both endings. Each lap awards its own gold trophy:
Low Did It! — 48.36%. Complete every chapter playing as Low, the one with the bow and black hair.
From Nowhere With Love — 51.15%. Complete every chapter playing as Alone, the one with the wrench and orange hair.
The second sits almost three points higher, which says something small but true: plenty of people start with Alone. And between them, fewer than half do the second lap.
And here is the planning that matters, because each character has their own gear and their own attached trophy:
- In Low's run comes On Target, which asks you to use the bow 50 times. It only counts with her. - In Alone's comes Wrench in Hand, which asks for the wrench 50 times. It cannot be earned as Low.
They are exact mirrors of each other, and neither can be recovered on the wrong lap. Finish Low's run without the 50 shots and you have to replay it in full or wait for a third.
The practical advice: every shot counts, hit or miss. You do not have to hit anything. If you are short at the end, fire into the air until you reach fifty.
And the split that saves time: collect the collectibles on the first lap. With that done, the second is only story plus the other character's gear trophy.
On Target only counts as Low and Wrench in Hand only as Alone. Finish a run without its 50 uses and it cannot be recovered in the other: you replay it.
The four chapters and where everything is
The four chapter trophies come on their own when you finish them, and their value is knowing what each contains before turning the page. Nothing is missable — chapter select brings you back — but doing it in one pass saves a whole lap.
Child's Play — 96.66%. Complete Chapter 1. It is the game's most common trophy.
Here are the first 5 dolls of the 25, the 14 crows for Birds on the Brain and the giant baby from Peekaboo!
No Supervision At All — 88.02%. It pops practically on its own.
Party Pooper — 79.21%. Complete Chapter 3.
It is the longest chapter and by far the most trophy-dense: here are 10 of the 25 dolls, the 6 Nomes, the 10 Lady statues, the piano, the shooting gallery and the caged boy.
If you are going for the platinum, this is the chapter you will come back to. It pays to carry the collectible list from the start rather than replaying it twice.
Into the Spiral — 74.53%. Complete Chapter 4, the last one. Here are the remaining 5 dolls, the 5 ghosts and the reality-altering doll.
And finishing it with one character does not close the story: the game asks for both runs.
Special Connection — 46.91%. Complete Chapter 4 in online co-op.
Two important warnings. One: there is no matchmaking, so you have to invite someone directly; you cannot search for a partner from inside the game. Two: local co-op does not count, it has to be online.
It is, alongside the other online trophy, what most people leave outstanding. If you have someone to play with, do it when you reach Chapter 4 on either run.
