Stellar Blade trophies and achievements
Stellar Blade has 45 trophies, 43 in the base game and 2 in the New Game + group, which does not count. The platinum is held by 9.4%. The wall is not a boss: it is Cost of Lost Memories, the ending that asks you to take Adam’s hand without Lily’s bar being full. 13.8% have it, fewer than any other trophy.
The trap is that the logical first playthrough — collecting everything — fills that bar and leads you to the other ending. That is why it takes two playthroughs: a complete one and a New Game + run picking nothing up. 43.1% beat Raven, the last boss before the final area; fewer than one in four of them finish the platinum.
Behind the ending come the hidden Tachy Mode trophy (13.9%) and the 89 Camps (16.6%). No online trophies and difficulty has no effect. Between 40 and 60 hours.

Common questions about Stellar Blade trophies
Is the Stellar Blade platinum hard?
We score it 4 out of 10. There is no difficulty trophy and Story mode works for everything. What takes effort is planning: two endings that exclude each other, two points of no return and a single autosave.
The figure: Making New Memories is held by 31.8% and Cost of Lost Memories by 13.8%. The gap is not skill: it is people who never play the second run.
How many playthroughs does it take, and can it be done in one?
Two, in practice. Making New Memories needs Lily’s bar at 100% and Cost of Lost Memories below it, so they do not fit in the same playthrough, short of a cloud-save manoeuvre from Abyss Levoire that forces you to replay half the story.
The sensible way: a complete first run, collecting everything, and a second in New Game +, where the bar resets to zero, following the story only. Return to the Colony comes on either run by reloading before talking to Adam.
Are there missable trophies?
Within a single playthrough, plenty. On returning from Abyss Levoire and talking to Adam, Xion closes along with its cans and the Kaya and Enya and Su stories. After the Demogorgon, the final area has no way back and no normal enemies.
But nothing is lost for good: New Game + keeps cans, records and counters, and the quests become available again. The real risk is needing a third playthrough, and you avoid it by closing everything on the first.
