Speedrunner and Speed Completion are the trophies that decide the platinum. They sit at 12.09% and 10.70%, right on top of the platinum itself.

Between 100% completion (24.35%) and the platinum (10.16%) more than half of the players are lost. That entire gap is the two timed trophies.

Speedrunner: under 5 hours

It asks you to finish the game in under 5 hours of playtime. That is not real time: it is the save file's own clock, so pausing costs you nothing but retries do.

The strategy is the opposite of everything else: skip absolutely all optional content, grab only the abilities you need to progress and explore nothing. That is why it is best left for last, when you know the map by heart.

12.09% have it.

Speed Completion: 100% in under 30 hours

This is the rarest trophy in Silksong, at 10.70%, and the one sitting literally on top of the platinum.

It asks for the same as Completion — the 51 Tools, the 7 Crests, the 20 Mask Shards, the 18 Spool Fragments, the 30 fleas, the 28 maps — but in under 30 hours on the clock.

Thirty hours sounds generous until you remember that a normal exploratory first run runs to 40-50. There is no room to get lost here: you need to know where everything is before you start.

Do not attempt it on your first playthrough. The sensible way is to explore with no clock on you, learn where everything is, and then do a dedicated run with the checklist in hand.
