You fight Lace twice, and they are two different trophies
From 88.37% on the first Lace duel to 55.55% on the second: the gap between those numbers is precisely the difficulty of the rematch. Nine wish and boss trophies, and which to save for the untimed run.

The three bosses: and you fight Lace twice
Freed — 96.24%. Defeat the Bell Beast. It is the game's first major boss and appears early on the route: practically everyone who starts gets past it. Of the game's seven bosses with their own trophy, this is the most accessible. The curve climbs very fast afterwards.
Welcome to Pharloom — 88.37%. Defeat Lace at the Deep Docks. It is the game's first serious duel and it already leaves 12% of players behind.
White Knight — 55.55%. Defeat Lace at the Cradle.
And here is the warning to be clear on: you fight Lace twice and each battle is a separate trophy. The first at the Deep Docks and this, the second, at the Cradle. They are separate fights and neither replaces the other.
The gap between the two numbers says everything: from 88.37% to 55.55%. Thirty-three points between the first encounter and the second, against the same character. That distance is precisely the difficulty of the rematch, and it is one of the largest jumps we have measured between two fights against the same boss.
If you are going for the platinum, treat the second Lace as what it is: not a repeat, but one of the game's real walls.
You fight Lace twice and each battle awards its own trophy: one at the Deep Docks and one at the Cradle. Winning the first does not count for the second.
The six wishes and which to save for the untimed run
Wishes are the requests given by Pharloom's characters: the equivalent of side quests. And there is a planning decision here worth understanding before you begin.
Silksong's platinum asks for a speed run and a 100% run against the clock. That means some trophies cannot be chased in a hurry, and they are these:
Entangled — 33.22%. Bind Eva. It is not a skill binding like the silk ones: it is a late-content objective, which is why it is worth 30 points, double most silver trophies. It belongs to the group of things done outside the timed runs.
Remembrance — 38.76%. Claim the Everbloom inside a distant memory. It is not in the world: it is obtained inside a memory, in a sequence apart from the normal route. Like Entangled, it is content for the untimed lap: hunting it while chasing the five hours is throwing the run away.
Harmonious — 57.64%. Learn the Citadel's Threefold Melody. It is one of the pieces of knowledge the Citadel hides and does not appear on the main path: you have to go looking. It is one of the trophies almost everyone saves for the relaxed run.
And the remaining three:
Skilled Hunter — 64.52%. Grant Nuu's wish. It is one of the requests on the wish board and resolves during the normal adventure.
True Hunter — 18.36%. Receive the Hunter's Memento. It is one of the base game's rare trophies: it requires carrying the hunting contract chain all the way to the end, which is long and easy to leave unfinished.
Change of Era — 25.53%. Grant the Herald's wish and finish the game. A hidden trophy, and at that percentage already among the hard ones: it is an ending you have to seek out, not the default.
