Hollow Knight: Silksong has 34 trophies on PS5 and the hardest platinum of everything we have analysed: 10.16% of players have it.
And it is not down to one trophy, it is two separate problems. The first: the three Grand Mother Silk endings lock each other out, so the platinum forces you to play the game at least twice. The second: you have to finish it in under 5 hours and also hit 100% in under 30.
There is one more detail almost nobody mentions: the Steam version has 52 achievements, 18 more than the PS5 list. We break it down with Valve's official data.

Yes. It is the hardest of every game we have analysed: we score it 8 out of 10 and only 10.16% get it.
It is not because of one particular boss. It is two things: it forces at least two playthroughs, because the three Grand Mother Silk endings lock each other out, and it demands finishing the game in under 5 hours plus 100% in under 30.
How many playthroughs do you need to platinum Silksong?
Two at minimum. Weaver Queen, Snared Silk and Twisted Child are three different endings to the same fight against Grand Mother Silk, and they cannot be earned in the same playthrough.
In practice most people do three runs: one exploration run to 100%, another for whichever endings are missing, and one dedicated to the 5-hour speedrun.
What is the rarest trophy in Hollow Knight: Silksong?
Speed Completion, at 10.70%: 100% game completion in under 30 hours.
It sits just half a point above the platinum (10.16%), which means it is the last one left for almost everybody. Behind it comes Speedrunner at 12.09%, and then True Hunter at 18.36%.
How many trophies does Hollow Knight: Silksong have?
34 on PlayStation 5: 1 platinum, 5 gold, 12 silver and 16 bronze. Eight of them are hidden.
On Steam the list is different, though: 52 achievements, 18 more. The PC version has achievements for every major boss, for filling the Hunter's Journal and for Steel Soul mode, and none of those exist as a trophy on PS5.
Are there missable trophies in Silksong?
Yes, five, and they are worth understanding because they are not missable in the usual sense.
The three Grand Mother Silk endings lock each other out inside a single playthrough: picking one costs you the other two until your next run. And the two timed trophies are gone the moment that save file's clock passes the limit.
The collectibles, on the other hand, are never lost: you can go back to any area.
How long does it take to platinum Hollow Knight: Silksong?
Between 60 and 80 hours, spread over two or three playthroughs.
The first run with full exploration is around 40-50 hours. The second, for whichever endings you still need, is a lot shorter. And the speedrun run is 5 hours of save-file time but many more of attempts and route learning.
