All the Castor Woods collectibles in Dying Light: The Beast
The five collectible trophies that make up the bulk of the platinum: beavers, podcast recordings, asylum secrets and Fischer family clippings.
And it counts towards Know What 'Castor' Means?, And Don't Forget to Wash Your Hands, What Happened at the Asylum, Family Picture, required for the platinum.
This is where the platinum is decided
No fight decides the Dying Light: The Beast platinum: what decides it is walking Castor Woods looking for things. There are five trophies, and the fifth — Cabinet of Curiosities — asks you to find absolutely everything.
The percentages make it obvious: all five sit between 17.44% and 19.33%, with the platinum at 15.98%. They move together, which means whoever finishes the collectibles platinums, and whoever does not, does not.

Our recommendation
Pick them up as you open up areas, not at the end. The world never closes and nothing is missable, but sweeping the whole of Castor Woods again once the story is over is dead time.
Along the way you also solve Crane on a Monument and Sunday Morning Run, which are about moving around the map, and you make progress on And Then There Was Light and We're Safe Here!, which ask you to activate every transformer station and every safe zone.
