Monster Hunter Wilds has 50 trophies and a platinum held by 5.3% of players. The story is finished by 59.7%: fewer than one in eleven of those who finish it reach the platinum.
The real wall is the crowns. Miniature Crown Master sits at 6.1% and Giant Crown Master at 6.5%, eight tenths above the platinum: almost everyone who closes the crowns closes the game. They ask for 52 crowns — gold and miniature for 26 launch monsters — and they only appear in Field Surveys and Investigations. The second wall is fishing: A-fish-ionado, 30 whoppers, sits at 7.7%.
No missables, one playthrough is enough and there are four online trophies, including 100 multiplayer quests. Between 75 and 120 hours, depending on how much others help you with crowns.

Is the Monster Hunter Wilds platinum hard?
We score it 4 out of 10: there is no difficulty to pick and no pure-skill trophies. What there is, is hours, and almost all of them go into crowns.
The figure: Miniature Crown Master is held by 6.1% and the platinum by 5.3%. Whoever finishes the crowns finishes the game.
How many crowns do you need, and do the new monsters count?
52: the gold crown and the miniature crown of 26 monsters, the 29 launch large monsters minus Jin Dahaad, Guardian Arkveld and Zoh Shia, which have a fixed size.
Monsters from the free updates do not count. And crowns are only recorded in Field Surveys and Investigations, never in story missions.
Are there missable or online trophies?
Missables, none: after the ending the world stays open and every launch monster keeps spawning.
Online, four: one and 100 quests with another player, viewing 30 Hunter Profiles and following someone. The SOS Flare's Support Hunters do not count as players. Playing as a pair from the story onwards does the 100 alongside the 100 Palico quests.
