Not missable, but almost

In Resident Evil Requiem no trophy is lost forever: you can always replay. But there are four that do not carry progress over between runs.

If you finish the story having left one file unread or one safe unopened, the trophy does not pop and the counter resets on your next run. In practice they behave like missables inside that run.

Case Closed: the detail that ruins it

It is the one most people lose over a technicality: picking the files up is not enough, you have to open and read them. Collecting them and leaving them in your inventory does not count.

At 45.45%, it is one of the rarest trophies in the game while being, technically, one of the easiest.

Get into the habit of reading each file the moment you pick it up. By the end of the run you will have no idea which one you are missing.

The Mr. Raccoon memoriams

The series' classic collectible is back, and it is still the one that trips people up most: You Little Rascal! is at 45.13%, the second rarest in the game.

They are hidden in corners off the main path throughout the whole game, and you have to destroy them by shooting them. The first one gives The Hunt Begins, which 96.11% have: almost everybody finds one, and fewer than half find them all.

Which run to do them on

The first one, no question. The second run is built for speed — Insanity, no healing, under four hours — and stopping to sweep up files and safes is incompatible with that.

The first run is the exploring one: take the chance to close all four out at once, along with Master Craftsman and Bloodlust.
