Resident Evil Requiem has 50 trophies and a surprisingly accessible platinum: 39.63% of players get it.

There is nothing online, there are no impossible collectibles and no trophy is lost forever. What there is are four run-wide conditions — Insanity difficulty, no healing, no blood collector and under four hours — and that is where it gets interesting: three of the four can be combined into the same run.

The telling stat: the rarest trophy in the game is not a collectible, it is Remarkable Agent (Insanity difficulty) at 41.90%, barely two points above the platinum itself.

Where to start

  1. First, work out which challenges can be stacked into a single run: it changes the whole plan. How to stack the Resident Evil Requiem challenges and not play it four times
  2. Then Insanity difficulty, which is the only real wall on the way to the platinum. Insanity difficulty in Resident Evil Requiem: the platinum's only wall
  3. And watch out for the trophies you have to close out inside a single run, because those are the ones that force a replay. The Requiem trophies you have to close out inside a single run

Common questions about Resident Evil Requiem trophies

Is the Resident Evil Requiem platinum hard?

Not especially. We score it 4 out of 10 and 39.63% of players get it, a high number for the series.

There is only one real wall: Insanity difficulty, which 41.90% get through. Everything else is manageable collectibles and run-wide challenges you can stack.

What is the rarest trophy in Resident Evil Requiem?

Remarkable Agent, at 41.90%: complete the main story on Insanity difficulty.

It is an odd case, because it sits barely two points above the platinum (39.63%). That means it is effectively the last trophy left for everybody: clear Insanity and you platinum.

Behind it come You Little Rascal! (45.13%) and Case Closed (45.45%), the two full-collectible trophies.

How many playthroughs do you need to platinum Requiem?

Two, well planned. There is only one real conflict: Bloodlust asks you to use the blood collector heavily and Minimalist asks you to finish without using it at all.

Everything else stacks. On the second run you can do Insanity + no healing + under four hours at the same time, and because the difficulty trophies stack, Insanity hands you all four at once.

Are there missable trophies in Resident Evil Requiem?

None are lost forever, because you can always replay. But there are four that have to be completed inside a single run: every safe, every BSAA container, every file and every Mr. Raccoon memoriam.

If you finish the story with a single one outstanding, that trophy does not pop and you have to start that run over.

How do you unlock Insanity difficulty in Resident Evil Requiem?

By finishing the story once. Insanity is not available from the start.

And once you have it, it is worth making the most of it: the difficulty trophies stack, so a single Insanity run also unlocks Rookie Agent, Rising Agent and Resolute Agent.

How long does it take to platinum Resident Evil Requiem?

Between 25 and 35 hours spread over two runs.

The first playthrough, exploring and reading everything, is around 15-20 hours. The second, with the route already known and on Insanity, is a lot shorter: in fact the four-hour trophy is earned right there.
