The forge DLC: the game's rarest trophy depends on a randomly offered activity

Ragged's Dream sits at 4.19% and is the rarest trophy in the whole game, DLC included, because the activity that gives it is offered at random each day. Ten forge trophies and four below 4%.

Ragged's Dream: the rarest in the entire game

Ragged's Dream — 4.19%. It is the rarest trophy in all of Kingdom Come: Deliverance II, DLC included, and it is worth understanding why.

In itself it is not hard: some documents Ragged cares about have been stolen, and you have to recover them and return them. The method does not matter.

The problem is access. It is a guild activity, and guild activities are offered at random each day. If it does not appear, there is no way to force it: you wait for the next day and check again.

Two warnings that save grief:

- There are reports that the theft contracts fail and the item does not appear where it should. If that happens, cancel the activity: the reputation loss is minimal and it beats being stuck hunting for something that is not there. - Do not plan the rest of the DLC around this trophy. Do everything else and stop by the guild board every day until it comes up.

That 4.19% does not measure skill or even persistence: it measures how many people kept checking the board long enough.

Careful

Ragged's guild activity appears at random each day and cannot be forced. If the theft contract bugs out and the item does not appear, cancel the activity: the reputation loss is minimal.

The three that ask you not to do the obvious

Three trophies between 3.42% and 3.55%, all three missable, and all three failed for the same reason: the default route is the other one.

Brotherly Bonds — 3.42%. Settle matters with Koniash without fighting. The default route is the violent one and you have to avoid it deliberately. It is the rarest of the three, which says a fair amount about how it usually gets resolved.

Silent Companion — 3.51%. Deliver the underground evidence with nobody dying. And here is the nuance to read carefully: the condition is not delivering the evidence, it is that there is not a single casualty. You can complete the quest objective and lose the trophy in the same run without noticing.

The Voice of the Bell — 3.55%. Pay for Stará Kutná's new bell out of your own pocket. It is not hard: it costs a lot of money and almost nobody bothers. It is one of the few trophies in the game you literally buy.

And two more from the same DLC, also missable:

Sorcerer's Riddle — 9.94%. Solve the lost alchemist's riddle.

Race Against Leech — 6.31%. Win a race against the guard nicknamed Leech. It is a one-shot challenge: lose it and there is no rematch in that run.

The forge itself: the four that are systems

The four trophies that are actually about what the DLC promises:

Master of the Blacksmiths' Guild — 16.27%. Pass the guild test and become a master smith. It is this DLC's most common trophy, so it is the natural entry point: almost everyone who buys the content gets this far.

Home Sweet Home! — 10.79%. Finish rebuilding the forge, which is this DLC's central system. It is the trophy that sums the content up, and its 10.79% against the previous 16.27% measures precisely how many people went from passing the entrance test to completing the project.

Martin's Legacy — 11.18%. Complete the restoration of the Kutná Hora astronomical clock. Silver, and the DLC's other major project alongside the forge.

Nevermore — 6.53%. Get the raven. Silver, a nod to Poe, and a hidden trophy.

A useful way to order the whole DLC using these numbers: the guild test (16.27%) is the entrance, the forge (10.79%) and the clock (11.18%) are the two long projects, and everything below 7% is decisions or chance. If your time is limited, the projects pay better than the story threads.

Other Kingdom Come: Deliverance II guides

The 22 missable trophies in the Kingdom Come: Deliverance II platinum
Almost half the platinum hangs on decisions you only make once. Here is the full list and the point at which each one closes.
Lent: finishing Kingdom Come: Deliverance II without eating meat or killing animals
The rarest trophy in the base game, at 8.23%. It is not skill: it is not slipping up once in 100 hours.
The 35 DLC trophies in Kingdom Come: Deliverance II and why none of them counts
Five separate packs, 35 trophies and zero impact on the platinum. Among them, the two rarest in the whole game.
The hand cannon trophies in Kingdom Come: Deliverance II
Four firearm trophies, all below 13%, and none of them is hard: it is just that almost nobody uses the thing.
Kingdom Come II's two points of no return and what dies at each one
The platinum asks for around 90% of the game, and two main quests permanently close their region's side content. Here are both, with the complete list of what has to be done first.
The six story trophies: two are missable and two out of three never finish
No campaign on this site has this many missable story trophies. Face to Face and A Bird in the Hand depend on how you resolve the scene, not on reaching it. And only 34.41% see the ending.
The seventeen side quests: twelve are missable and none warns you
Henry the Matchmaker asks for the ending nobody picks, and Talked My Way Out demands you end up sentenced to death with high Speech. Seventeen threads, which close as you progress and which have only one valid ending.
The seven combat feats: two need counting from the start
Offensive Versatility asks for nine different weapon types and Under Pressure fails if you bandage out of habit. Seven combat trophies, from 68.02% to 13.33%, and none depends on difficulty.
Dice, locks and 10,000 groschen: the ten tavern trophies
There is a trophy for spending 10,000 groschen and another for losing them, and the second is taken at the dice table on purpose. Ten minigame and competition trophies, including the two DLC ones that do not count towards the platinum.
Brushes With Death: ten trophies and two incompatible endings
Curiosity Killed the Cat and resolving Libor's thread properly are mutually exclusive: one of the two is left out every run. Ten DLC trophies, none counts towards the platinum and eight are missable.
Mysteria Ecclesiae: eight trophies, all missable, and one asks you to die in the most absurd way
Ostraconophobia asks you to let a crayfish kill you and sits at 3.09%. Eight trophies from the third DLC, none counts towards the platinum, and all eight are lost if you finish the content without them.
