36 of 57: 63% of the list

Silent Hill f is by far the most treacherous game we have covered. 36 of its 57 trophies are missable, and none of them warns you.

The count works out exactly if you flip it around: of the 57, only 21 cannot be lost, and those are the 14 story ones, the 6 difficulty ones and the platinum itself. Everything else depends on being in the right place at the right time.

Careful

The game does not let you go back to an earlier chapter. If you leave an area without having met a condition, that trophy waits for the next playthrough.

The four blocks of missables

They fall into four types, and each one is lost for a different reason.

The three most people lose

Red capsules. Not a trophy, but the condition that wrecks three endings at once. Using a single one in the whole playthrough is enough.

Winners Don't Do Drugs (32.81%) goes further: it demands reaching the Iwai residence without having taken any capsule and also leaving them on the desk in Shu's workshop. It is easy to get there and find out you already broke it.

God Slayer (25.38%) asks you to defeat the Tsukumogami and the Kyubi within 10 minutes of the fight starting. If you do not know in advance, you walk right past it without ever realising there was a timer.

Fervent Collector cannot be earned in one run: four upgrades are in the first playthrough and two only exist in New Game+. Here are all six, with the route.
The three steps where Silent Hill f loses its players are all in the first half
From 99.01% to 67.79% across fourteen trophies that ask for nothing. The big drops are all before the midpoint and the final third barely loses a point: whoever reaches the eclipse finishes.
Intellectual Pursuits asks for Story exactly: set it on the first run or it costs you a playthrough
Two independent difficulties, action and puzzles, and only one of the four accepts "or higher". The easy-puzzle trophy is held by fewer people than the hard one, and that fact explains how to plan the runs.
The same chase, twenty points apart: why Sugisato costs twice what Ebisugawa does
Eight feats of combat, escape and exploration, with the exact point where each condition begins. Two are the same mechanic in two areas, and one is its reverse: here you do not flee, you chase.
Purifying the sword opens Ending 4 and closes Ending 3: they are separate runs
Two puzzles that allow no trial and error, the item chain that decides three of the five endings, and the eleven areas to sweep for the rarest exploration trophy.
