Silent Hill f trophies and achievements
Silent Hill f has 57 trophies on PS5 and 56 achievements on Xbox and Steam, because the platinum only exists on PlayStation. The platinum runs around 30-40 hours and it is not hard —we score it 5 out of 10—, but it is the most treacherous game we have covered: 36 of its 57 trophies can be lost, there are 5 different endings and you need three full playthroughs plus a partial one.
Put another way: you do not win here by playing well, you win by planning. One slip in the first playthrough costs you a whole 10-hour run.
This page collects everything we have published about its trophies: the full guide with all 57, the playthrough route, the five endings with their exact requirements, the 36 missables and the real data on how many people get each one.

Common questions about Silent Hill f trophies
How many playthroughs do you need for the Silent Hill f platinum?
Three full ones and a partial one. There is no way to cut it down, because the five endings have conditions that lock each other out and some only appear on New Game+.
What you can do is not spend more than those four: by doing the third run with action and puzzles maxed at the same time, you save a whole playthrough.
How long does it take to platinum Silent Hill f?
Between 30 and 40 hours spread across the four playthroughs. The first is the slowest because you are still discovering everything; the rest go much faster once you know the map and the puzzles.
Is the Silent Hill f platinum hard?
No. The EveryTrophy team scores it 5 out of 10. What it does have is 36 missable trophies out of 57, which is an absurd number, so what it punishes is a lack of planning, not a lack of skill.
The data backs it up: 65.13% finish the story and 20.99% get the platinum. Almost one in three of the people who finish the game reaches 100%, a very high conversion for a survival horror.
How many missable trophies does Silent Hill f have?
36 of the 57, that is 63% of the list. It is everything except the story trophies, the difficulty ones and the platinum.
They fall into four blocks: the five endings, the 22 combat and puzzle feats, the 5 collection ones and the 5 documents. None of them warns you before you lose it.
Why should you not use the red capsules?
Because three of the five endings require never having used a single one in the whole playthrough, and the game never tells you.
It is the most common mistake in Silent Hill f: you use one in a pinch during a boss fight and that save file no longer works for endings 2, 3 and 4. If you are going for the platinum, do not touch them from minute one.
Does the UFO ending count towards the difficulty trophies?
No. Ending 5, the UFO one, is the joke ending of the series and it does not validate the action or puzzle difficulty trophies.
That is why it is worth getting on a partial run instead of spending a full playthrough on maximum difficulty for it, a mistake that costs about ten hours.
