These are 10 challenges from the dark side of Pywel: smuggling, theft, breaking and entering and dealing with fences. Several of them require a mask, sold at the Back Alley Shops.
One of them is at risk. Back Alley Cleanup, which asks you to turn three criminals in to the guard, does not count retroactively: any criminals you hand over before you have the artifact simply do not register.
And two depend on outside progress: selling goats needs the camp ranch, unlocked through faction quests, and selling wagons needs the Hernand fence, which appears with the chapter 4 quest Strongbox with Wheels.
Like the rest, progress only counts from the moment you find its Sealed Abyss Artifact and it is not tracked retroactively. Artifacts show up as purple icons on the minimap when you are close, and the sword's Guiding Light ability picks them out from a distance.
