Crimson Desert trophies and achievements
Crimson Desert has 35 trophies on PS5 and 34 achievements on Xbox and Steam, because the platinum only exists on PlayStation. Getting them all takes between 200 and 300 hours in a single playthrough, and it is not a hard platinum: no trophy depends on difficulty and you can play the whole thing on Easy. What can ruin your save is the order, because five challenges disappear for good if you get there late.

Common questions about Crimson Desert trophies
How long does it take to platinum Crimson Desert?
Between 200 and 300 hours, in a single playthrough. No trophy forces you to replay the campaign, so all that time goes into clearing challenges.
Of those hours, around 25 are pure preparation before you touch the story properly: crossing the map collecting the 141 Sealed Abyss Artifacts. It sounds like a waste of time and it is exactly the opposite, because without them challenge progress does not count.
Is the Crimson Desert platinum hard?
No. The EveryTrophy team scores it 6 out of 10: it is long, which is a different thing.
The data backs that up. 4.49% of players have the platinum, but 18.99% finish the story: that means 23.6% of everyone who completes the campaign ends up platinuming it. That is a very high conversion rate. In a genuinely hard platinum, most people who finish the story fall away on the road to 100%, stuck on one specific trophy. Here almost one in four makes it, which tells you the obstacle is stamina and not skill.
Can you play Crimson Desert on Easy?
Yes. Patch 1.04 added the Easy setting, and no trophy depends on the difficulty you pick, so you can do the entire platinum on Easy without losing a thing.
After collecting the artifacts early, it is the decision that saves the most time. In a 250-hour save, lowering the friction of every fight shows up in every single one of them.
Does Crimson Desert have missable trophies?
Yes: four trophies are at risk, even though the game does not flag them as missable.
The reason is that Crimson Desert trophies do not ask for one-off actions, they ask you to complete whole challenge categories. And five specific challenges disappear for good: Operation 7 stops being available once you clear the Pailune camps; Special Weapon 8 and Special Weapon 10 cannot be recovered if you sell or lose them; Above the Law 4 does not count retroactively; and Battle 6 depends on cannon shots that only show up at specific moments.
If you lose one, its category sits at 99% and the trophy never pops. The four affected are Brilliant Tactician, Grand Collector of Arms, Shadowlord and Battlefield Conqueror, and all four are needed for the platinum.
Which trophy is the hardest to get?
The one fewest people have is not any of the four golds, as you might expect. It is Natural Collector, a silver that asks for the 12 Life challenges and that only 4.58% of players have: nine hundredths above the platinum itself.
Put another way: almost everyone who ends up one step short of the platinum is stopped by this one. It is not the trophy to leave for the last day.
Can you keep playing after finishing the story?
Yes. The world stays open after the ending and you can complete whatever you have left, so there is no point of no return for the bulk of the challenges. The only exceptions are the five challenges that get lost, which you have to watch during the campaign.
