These are 10 challenges about infiltration, assassination and sabotage, and most of them can only be completed as Kliff, so pick your character before you head out.
This is the clearest missable in the whole game. Disruption asks you to defeat 10 One-Eyed Jackals while wearing the Black Bear's Leather Helm, and it disappears as soon as you clear the Pailune camps during chapter 7. Get there late and the trophy is locked on that save.
Like the rest, progress only counts from the moment you find its Sealed Abyss Artifact and it is not tracked retroactively. Artifacts show up as purple icons on the minimap when you are close, and the sword's Guiding Light ability picks them out from a distance.
